NFC: stands for Near Field Communication (NFC). This technology allows a simple and safe way communication and interaction between two devices, enabling users to execute contactless transaction and other activities with a single touch. Communication of NFC enabled devices take place between an initiator that can read/write (e.g. mobile phone, POS, etc) and a target (e.g. tag, mobile phone). Tag is an unpowered chip that is powered and activated when brought few millimeters near an initiating device.
At any leisure center may it society / club / recreation activity center / hotels major source of revenue and crowd pulling activity is swimming pool. In north India people awaits for summer season for swimming pool to open. It has been noticed that there is a tremendous increase in attendees during this season.
We have noticed every year with manual entry system (People makes entry of physical register) Clubs Loses an Average of 25-30% of Revenue and clubs Don’t Even Know It. One of the key challenge for any pool management is to manage members. Anyone who is a member of the swimming pool and wants to access it has to sign in the necessary information into the given register. With Our software in place this method gets converted to digitize method and allows members to use their smart cards as means of authorization.
Members who are regular and good pay master does not get pool services where as those members who comes during this period only gets maximum benefits.

As all bookings / memberships resides on system, now operator can print complete sheet before start of a shift and he knows exactly who has paid and who has not. Who are the defaulter members as defaulter members name will not get printed in list.
Even if he allows any guest he will make entry in system and that is the reason we have seen 30% jump in revenues.
The Smart ID Cards has been extended to provide memberships to the swimming pool users. There is software to register members and write the membership information on cards.
Another software called Swimming pool Front Desk software marks entry/exit of the members into the swimming pool.
Logs of all entries and exits on a daily basis are maintained.
These logs can be viewed a friendly format.
The software has been deployed at many swimming pools and is running successfully.
Currently approximately more than 10000 unique memberships have been created among the students, staff and their dependents and more than 3000 entry/exits are marked each day by the members.
