BSD Infotech develops custom web applications: portals for customers, members and staff; dashboards and reports for management; workflows with approvals; and APIs that connect them to payment gateways, Tally, ERP and other systems. BSD has been building business software since 2005, so its web applications are designed to live alongside the software a business already runs.
Organisations usually need one when spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools can no longer keep up, or when an off-the-shelf product forces them to change a process that works. A custom application follows the organisation’s own rules, runs from any browser and can be connected to the systems already in place.

Where a client needs full control, the database stays the client’s property, with the access and backups agreed at the start of the project.
Many web applications fail at the edges: the data they need is in another system, or the results never reach accounts. BSD also builds billing and inventory software, POS systems, club software and smart card and RFID solutions, so web applications can be designed to exchange data with them, and with hardware such as card readers where a workflow needs it. Requirements that don’t fit a web application alone can be scoped as custom software development.
